Re-Opening Terms and Conditions

We are so excited to open our doors again this Saturday, June 20. Please be mindful of the following terms and conditions as we begin to get back to some sense of normalcy. If you are a current member or client, please log into your Pike13 account and sign this consent form before you return to the studio. Can’t wait to see everyone!

·      You will not attend any class if you are exhibiting, or you have exhibited in the preceding 24 hours, any signs of sickness (fever, body aches, cough, etc.).   We also ask that you refrain from attending live classes while awaiting Covid test results.

·      Reformer appointments must be scheduled directly with the instructor.  Reformer classes are limited to 2 people.  In the Pilates studio, you may only touch your own equipment and props.

·      Barre registration is through Pike 13 only.  Indoor barre classes are limited to 9 people.  Clean mats will be set up 6 feet apart prior to class.  Mats should not be moved or adjusted and must be covered with your own towel. Towels are required and can be purchased if forgotten.  Spots at the barre will be marked with tape at 6 foot intervals. Attendees must adhere to this spacing while using the barre.

·      Fans may not be used.

·      Instructors will be following social distancing guidelines and instructing verbally more than tactically.

·      A cancellation fee will be assessed for any cancellation within 12 hours of class start time.  Due to small class sizes, this is important to allow wait-listed members an opportunity to participate.

·      Masks must be worn at all times when inside the studio unless you are vigorously exercising and able to maintain a distance of 6 feet between classmates.

·      All check-ins will be contactless through the instructor.  Please make your attendance known. We will do a temperature check upon arrival.

·      It is recommended that you bring your own weights, ball, band, and water.

·      Towne Barre has implemented enhanced cleaning procedures throughout the studio and will clean all equipment after each use.  Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the studio.

·      Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an extremely contagious virus that spreads easily through person-to-person contact. Federal and state authorities recommend social distancing as a means to prevent the spread of the virus. COVID-19 can lead to severe illness, personal injury, permanent disability, and death. Despite our careful attention to cleanliness and social distancing, there is still a chance that you could be exposed to COVID-19 in the studio, just as you might at your grocery store or favorite restaurant. You agree to accept this risk and to hold harmless Towne Barre, its owners and instructors from any and all claims relating in any way to COVID-19 and your participation in Towne Barre classes, activities, and/ or presence in the studio.
