Barre/SoulBody Barre: A comprehensive workout designed to strengthen your core, sculpt your muscles, and maximize flexibility. Sixty minutes in one of our barre classes will leave you feeling stronger in both mind and body. All levels welcome!
Barre Lite: This 45 minute class focuses on the basic techniques of traditional Barre. We move at a slower pace focusing on alignment, concise movement, strength and stability. This class is perfect for those new to barre, returning from injury or just looking for a “lighter” experience.
Barrelates: This 60-minute class will blend traditional mat pilates with your favorite barre moves to create an intense full body workout. All levels welcome!
HIIT Pilates: We utilize the principles of the Pilates method, combined with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) set to powerful and upbeat music. Not only will you get your heart rate up and your sweat on, but you will be guided through each movement with focus on precision and alignment. All levels welcome!
Roll and Release: Bring your own foam roller for this guided full body myofascial release experience. We will work through each of the major muscle groups to restore mobility and reduce tension.
Stretch and Restore Yoga w/Marley: This class will focus on creating more flexibility, ease and openness in the body while incorporating elements of yogic breathing and mindfulness practices. It is a perfect compliment to the strength based exercises that a barre class provides. All levels welcome!
Private/Semi-Private Pilates: Groups from 1-3 can schedule pilates equipment classes by appointment. These classes will use a variety of Pilates apparatus to stretch and strengthen your entire body in an effort to improve postural alignment, balance and core stabilization.
