Group Class Cancellation- As a courtesy to other clients and out of respect for our “boutique” environment, please cancel group classes at least 12 hours prior to the start of class. Failure to do so will result in a $15 charge. All cancellations must be made online.

Pilates Cancellation- Pilates appointments must be cancelled directly with the instructor no later than 12 hours prior to class. Failure to do so will result in a $35 cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations made within an hour before class will result in loss of that class.

Waitlist- If a class is full, you may place yourself on the waitlist and you will be notified of an opening by email. If you are on the waitlist and no longer wish to attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid a no-show fee.

Expiration- Expiration dates are listed with package pricing. Once a package has expired, we cannot compensate you for any lost classes.

Membership Holds- Memberships can be held twice a year per client. Holds must be 3 weeks or longer. Holds may not be placed during the first 3 months of membership.

Package Sharing- We are unable to share/split class packages between clients.

Inclement Weather- In the event of inclement weather, please check our website and social media. If you have signed up for a class that is cancelled due to weather, you will receive an email and will not be charged.
