Cancellation- As a courtesy to other clients and out of respect for our “boutique” environment, please cancel classes at least 12 hours prior to the start of class. Failure to do so will result in a $10 charge. All cancellations must be made online.

Waitlist- If a class is full, you may place yourself on the waitlist and you will be notified of an opening by email. If you are on the waitlist and no longer wish to attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

Expiration- Expiration dates are listed with package pricing. Once a package has expired, we cannot compensate you for any lost classes.

Membership Holds- Memberships can be held twice a year per client. Holds must be 3 weeks or longer.

Package Sharing- We are unable to share/split class packages between clients.

Inclement Weather- In the event of inclement weather, please check our website and social media. If you have signed up for a class that is cancelled due to weather, you will receive an email and will not be charged.
