The practice of Yoga Nidra is one of deep relaxation where you hover between wakefulness and sleeping. The practice is done completely lying down while the instructor guides you by voice into a deep, meditative state. This powerful and ancient tradition will assist you in releasing stress and promoting relaxation. 45 Minutes of Yoga Nidra can be equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep. This particular practice will be focused on self-care and self- nurturance.
*Please come in comfortable, warm clothing and bring anything you may need to feel comfortable (i.e. blankets, pillows, bolsters, etc), as you will be lying on your back the whole time.
