Shine is a dance fitness format which empowers women through movement. Jazz, ballet, and hip hop choreography makes it super fun and you are guaranteed to get your heart rate up!. It sneaks in glutes, abs and arms, which makes it incredibly effective for toning as well! Most of all, it brings people together in a non-judgmental space where we can all shine our true light!
